Cambridge, 14th May 2024 - RECOMMENDED CASH ACQUISITION OF IQGEO GROUP PLC ("IQGEO") BY GEOLOGIST BIDCO LIMITED ("BIDCO") a newly formed company wholly-owned by funds advised by Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. L.P. and its affiliates ("KKR")
to be effected by means of a Scheme of Arrangement under Part 26 of the Companies Act 2006.
The boards of Bidco and IQGeo are pleased to announce that they have reached agreement on the terms of a recommended cash acquisition of the entire issued and to be issued ordinary share capital of IQGeo (the "Acquisition").
