Cambridge, 01 June 2021 - IQGeo (AIM: IQG), a developer of geospatial productivity and collaboration software for the telecoms and utility industries, announced that on the 26th of May Carolyn Rand was appointed as a Non-executive Director to the IQGeo Board. Carolyn’s appointment creates an additional Board position and her extensive experience with high-growth technology companies and scientific businesses brings a wealth of experience to IQGeo as it grows and expands into new markets and geographies.
Carolyn is a professional Non-Executive Director and serves as a Strategic Advisor for AIM-quoted global technology business Bango plc where she previously held the office of CFO. Her current responsibilities include Audit Committee Member and Governor of the College of West Anglia and she is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants having served as Regional Chair for over 8 years. Throughout her career, Carolyn held executive positions within high-growth technology businesses including CFO of Zinwave, CEO of Isogenica, and COO of international NGO, Birdlife International.
